Fiddler should throw a HTTP protocol violation when a header name contains a space

This seems to happen a non-trivial number of times, and it causes clients and scenarios to fail in surprising ways.

https://twitter.com/ericlaw/status/1294043667154468865 explains why this is important. Sites will magically start working when run through Fiddler, and fail spectacularly when running over H2 without Fiddler.
