Cannot disable Systemwide Hotkey (CTRL+ALT+F) that brings Fiddler foreground
There is no option to disable hotkey (CTRL+ALT+F default) in Tools->Options General tab. Also when I leaving hotkey field empty, changes are lost after clicking OK.

True. You can just pick a hotkey so obscure that it'll never collide (e.g. CTRL+ALT+| or something).
