Winconfig is missing

Im using windows 7 32-bit both on my desktop and laptop both of them have fiddler 4.6 and both of them doesnt have winconfig. Its supposed to be on the upper left corner , but mines missing on two computer.any idea? can it be activated?

@eric ok uncool now i cant use fiddler in gaming

To reiterate, this bug should be closed as INVALID. The button is only present on Windows 8 and later, because Windows 7 does not have AppContainers and thus they do not need to be configured.

bruh same, i dont have winconfig and i want to use it for gaming pls help, also instructions unclear @Eric

The "WinConfig" button controls the AppContainer isolation technology present in Windows 8 and later, and as a consequence you should not expect to see it on Windows 7. (What were you hoping the button would do?)
