The Fiddler agent does not take effect
1、Tools->Options->connections ,set Fiddler listens on port 8888 （local IP  192.168.0.114)

2、Set up the proxy in the wireless network of the mobile phone : IP :192.168.0.114  and port: 8888

3、Mobile phones can not access the Internet

the fidder version is v4.6.20172.31233 , .Net Framework version is 4.7

You'll need to provide more information about what specifically happens. For instance, when the proxy is not set, visit 192.168.0.114:8888 on the phone. Do you get the Fiddler Echo Service page? If not, check the firewall configuration and your Wifi router's "Isolation" mode settings.
