Fiddler preventing Windows Apps from having internet connectivity
Not sure if this is a recent change, but I use Microsoft Outlook and Skype, and both are having connectivity issues when Fiddler is running. Also Windows 10 apps seem to be unable to have an internet connection as well.

Hi Willian,
I just wanted to give you a heads up, this is a feature request for Windows App that don't have connectivity while Fiddler is running. This seems to be the opposite of your scenario.
With that said, I encourage you to use the Fiddler Forums to ask this question as it is unrelated to the existing thread.
Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you.

hi i go into my browser (operaGX) and the internet doesn't work, it works only if i open the fiddler (this error is really annoying), but my explorer works well but it doesn't offer the same as (OPERA GX) help me , I already tried all the solutions available on the web
Unfortunately, this could be for a number of different reasons and as you've experienced the Win8 Loopback is only one of them.
With that said, to receive faster and more efficient responses the best place to ask troubleshooting questions is the Fiddler Forums. I have provided the below Threads that may prove useful.
I recommend reviewing the existing threads or creating a new one. If you do create a new Thread it is very helpful if to provide the output from the Fiddler Log Tab and a description of the current configuration settings.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you.

Hello,
I experience the same issue, however, selecting all items in Tools > Win8 Loopback Exceptions does not solve the connectivity issue in my case. My OS is Windows 10.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Hi guys,
I found a solution. In Fiddler, navigate to Tools > Win8 Loopback Exceptions, check the box for Skype and/or other apps that you don't want affected/intercepted. Click the Save Changes button at the top. Close the window. Voila. Worked for me on Windows 10.

Do any applications (e.g. browsers) work through Fiddler? If browsers fail, what is the error message?
The most likely possibility is that Fiddler's HTTPS certificate hasn't been trusted but needs to be. The second most likely possibility is that you need to push the WinConfig button at the top left of Fiddler and choose to exempt all applications from loopback restrictions so they can connect through Fiddler.
