http://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/KnowledgeBase/HOSTS - is not working

Windows 7 64 bit.

On the right side I put the ip. On the left side I place the host (without http or https). Unfortunately, it's just ignored.

This is a major degradation from previous versions were /etc/hosts was used and was working fine.
