Steps to reproduce:

1. Create autoresponse rule with METHOD part and URL check. Say "METHOD:GET regex:^https"

2. Click "Test" link at the bottom to test rule against some particular URL value

Expected: "Test URL-Mathing Expression" dialog is shown

Actual: error message is shown. Title "Untestable Expression", message "Sorry, the TEST command can only be used with Rules that evaluate the URL."
