TLS protocol settings not changeable - Fiddler hangs and eventually crashes
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Fiddler

2. Go to Tools > Telerik Fiddler Options > HTTPS

3. Click the TLS Protocols

4. Fiddler hangs and after a minute or so crashes

Fiddler Version: 4.6.3.44161 macOS

This issue is still present in version 4.6.4.4865. (on macOS)

This also happens in other cases where multiple dialogs are open in Fiddler:

Examples:

If a certificate mismatch popup comes in while the options window is open, the same issue (fiddler hangs and crashes) occurs.

Opening the TextWizard and Options at the same time causes a hang/crash.
