I found fiddler shows some wrong data when the data is big, such as the right data 16103117253139125, fiddler shows as 16103117253139124, the right 16103117253134553, the wrong 16103117253134552. other tool,such as Postman can show the right data.

This bug should be fixed in the latest version.

FIdler working until press ok on error window

then it block enternet as blocked proxy, so it must keep error window and exit from main exit button
