Fiddler for Linux (Mono) allow intercept and capture WebSockets Traffic
I'm running the latest Fiddler's mono version and it would be great to be able to capture WebSockets traffic on this version. I know it is possible on the Windows version.

Just a reminder that I'm willing to collaborate doing testing on Linux platforms. Just let me know.

Thanks.

Hey Michael, are you still willing to do early adoption testing on Linux?

If I recall correctly, the WebSockets tab should work just fine in Mono. What build of Fiddler for Mono are you using?

Hi Clark,

I've been running Fiddler on Linux Mint and also on Ubuntu. I've been using Fiddler to do research on AppSec. Actually I wrote a blog post about how to run Fiddler on Linux Mint. http://blog.michaelhidalgo.info/2015/06/fiddler-up-and-running-on-linux-mint.html

At the moment, there is an issue but it is more likely to be a Mono problem. Some textbox (if not all) throw an unhandled exception.I will post the stacktrace later so you guys have a reference.

If you need help testing (early adoptions for Linux) let me know, I will be more than happy to help.

That's great! We're actually working on a new build for Linux and working through what the roadmap should look like for linux. What version of Linux are you running on?
