The Telerik Blazor Telerik Editor Insert Hyperlink functionality is not consistent with other Telerik Editor components and non Telerik Editors. Usually when dealing with Editors and the Insert Hyperlink feature, you can insert a hyperlink without need to select and convert existing text. You can also usually use the ctrl+k keyboard shortcut instead of clicking on the button. This does not work in the Telerik Blazor Editor.

The differences and lack of functionality has been raised as an issue by end users.

Expected Behaviour

1. Ensure no text is selected. The Insert Hyperlink button should be enabled.
2. Click the Insert Hyperlink button or press ctrl+k.
3. Enter values for web address, text, tooltip and "open link in new window".
4. Click insert. An anchor tag with the given text, link, etc. is created.

This can be reproduced on any of the Kendo UI for jQuery demo pages. It can also be reproduced within the editor on this very form.

Actual Behaviour

1. Ensure no text is selected. The Insert Hyperlink button is not enabled and cannot be clicked.
2. You must select existing text to be able to convert it to a hyperlink.

This can be reproduced on any of the demo pages that has the hyperlink button.

We are adding references to other documents via a drag an drop over the text as a superscript hyperlinks. Our users are complaining that when we drag and drop onto the Blazor editor control, it is hard to see exactly where the drop is going to be.

The Kendo UI Editor supports this.

Currently, the Insert Image Dialog for the editor labels doesn't look great. the first two seem right-aligned and the second two items seem left-aligned. this screenshot is from the demo site.

I would like to use the Editor in a more compact matter in my application. The buttons and button groups must be small, and the margins and the paddings must be smaller as well. 

The overall goal is to make the Editor take less amount of space in the UI. 

For example, like the AJAX editor where the field appears only when simple text is selected, but when complex content is selected (e.g., other html tags like <strong>, <p>, <img>) the field is not available.

Please add the <blockquote> element as a built-in item in the Format tool dropdown, so that one doesn't have to use a custom tool.

The Editor currently supports only numeric ordered list. I'm looking for an option to add different types of ordered lists - roman and alphabetical.

Please add support for these types of ordered lists similiar to the KendoReact Editor.

There is a problem with controlling the ReadOnly mode of the editor.  If the ReadOnly property is set to "true" or "false", the editor behaves as expected. If instead a boolean variable is used, the editor seems to ignore the value of the variable; the text can be edited no matter the value of the variable.

I need a way to distinguish a "Drag and Drop" operation from regular editing (including text copy/paste) in the Editor. Currently, ValueChanged fires for every change and there is no way to know whether the user typed something or dropped some content in the editable area.
