1. Drag tile A and drop it after tile B

Current behavior

The checked radio button of the RadioGroup appears unchecked.

Expected/desired behavior

The RadioGroup check state remains the same.

Environment

• Kendo UI version: 2022.2.802
• jQuery version: x.y
• Browser: [all]

It would be helpful, if there is a TileLayout resize() API method that allows setting the colSpan and rowSpan values of a specified tile. Currently, this is possible only through the setOptions() method, but it causes the TileLayout to re-render.

Add the ability to increase the height of the last tiles.
