Make sending multi-line messages possible in the Chat. The user should be able to go to a new line with Ctrl + Enter, type in text, and then send the multi-line message.

I would like to find some code samples on how I can @tag-a-user in a chat window and get a menu come up with users to choose from.

This is a very common feature of most modern chat platforms but I have not yet been able to find any code on how to do this.

Please help.
