and the screen reader should  announcing:

• Announcement of the currently focused segment during keyboard navigation.
• Announcement of selection changes.

now when navigating to the control using the tab key, the first segment gets focused, so I want first the entire control to get focused, then each segment. So provide an option to focus the entire control first using the tab key
