Error: Assertion failed - heap is currently locked

I am getting a console error (not a crash) when I have a checkbox like this:

                    <TelerikCheckBox Enabled="@(!CheckBoxValueProperty)"
                                     @bind-Value="@CheckBoxValueProperty">
                    </TelerikCheckBox>

The console error is:

The checkbox works properly and disables itself when it is checked with a precondition of CheckBoxValueProperty = false.

It would be good though, if this simple method of having the checkbox disable itself with the same property value, would not throw the console error.

Checkbox accessibility issue

We have encountered the following accessibility issue with the Checkbox:

How to fix - Fix ONE the following:

Form element does not have an implicit (wrapped) <label>
Form element does not have an explicit <label>
aria-label attribute does not exist or is empty
aria-labelledby attribute does not exist, references elements that do not exist or references elements that are empty
Element has no title attribute
Element has no placeholder attribute
Element's default semantics were not overridden with role="none" or role="presentation"

OnChange fires before value binding

When I click the checkbox, the OnChange event fires with the new value, but the model field is not updated yet.
