Implement Scatter 3D series type that can plot data again X-Y-Z coordinate system (real Z axis).

Add RotationAngle property so series item labels can be rotated wih C# / VB.NET code.

The developer should be able to change the axis origin location in order to enable scenarios like this one:

- Essentially you have a list of negative numbers: 0, -10, -24, -35 and so on.
- If you want to show them as positive numbers (pointing upwards), y

Implement click events on the series items labels.

In Charts with many Y-Axis, it would of great help to link the interaction features of the series with the Y-Axis it is mapped against, basically dimming/hiding the other Y-Axis. It would make it easier for users to find the Axis the series belongs to.

Dragging pie slices is not supported at present. The current implementation hooks the MouseLeftButtonDown event to manage the visual transition from selected to unselected state and vice versa. So it is not possible to integrate with other solutions where 

Keep the underlying data item for sampling functions like First, Last, Min and Max.

For a Pie chart there should be a way to have things grouped into an other group.  For example anything that makes up less than 5% of the total is grouped in an other group.
