Map: Implement WrapAround mode in Silverlight
Implement WrapAround mode in Silverlight, just like it behaves in WPF. http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/wpf/controls/radmap/features/wraparound

In Silverlight our RadMap uses Silverlight's MultiScale image to load Map Tiles. This control does not support wraparound (tiles not in sequential order) out of the box. So implementing this feature requires entire new mode / layer for visualization tiles. We have currently no plans for implementing this feature.

We are expecting the map wrap around the world like "MicrosoftMap.jpg", but it's showing like "TelerikMap.png" in telerik RadMAp.
