When IsInteger is set to True in the NumericUpDown control still can be typed signs for separators in the middle or at the beginning of the value.

Available in the 2014 Q1 Release.

Should not allow editing the value, neither with the buttons or arrow keys, nor with typing inside the TextBox. But should be able to be focused and for example copying text from it.
