Application hangs on windows 10 machines when executing the delegated command if the template is made dynamically

This is fixed . Looks like the property TabStop does not work in some Windows 10 machines when you use 2012 telerik

We have application which uses silver light web and uses telerick controls to make ribbons. In the xaml we have buttons which is being used like a template and commands and icons are being set from code at run time. We are using telerick 2012. The issue is on some Windows 10 the click on button on ribbon it hangs the application . The issue is the call is not reaching to the command
