RadMaskedNumericInput/ RadMaskedCurrencyInput should support minus as starting symbol in NoMask scenarios
If the Mask property of the control is set to Mask="" the RadMaskedNumericInput should allow users to input minus sign before entering any other symbol.
Currently users are not allowed to visualize only minus sign in the control in NoMask scenarios.

Will be available in Q1 2016 Release.

Not having this feature is close to making it unusable for us. Our users expect to see the character they just typed.

I imagine that typing the minus sign should be allowed, but perhaps an error pops when leaving the field if the that is the only character in the field.
