Date is not parsed correctly when culture of type d.M is set and the OS is 32bit.
The parser swap the date and month part so when you enter 11.3 it is parsed as 3.11.

The XAML team has recently reviewed this issue and will not be addressing it as at this time the team is focusing on the bugs impacting the highest number of developers.
