Window: When minimize maximized Window and then restore it back - the Window is at normal state.
If you minimize initially maximized Window and restore it after that - the Window doesn't maximize back.

Additional issues:
1. restore of the RadWindow (from show new window) always restores to maximised state
2. restore of the RadWindow recognises 3 monitor size but only displays on 1.
3. RadWindow does not minimise to task bar, instead only reduce to min size to bottom left of screen.
4. restore from minimised does not go back to same monitor it was on.

Basically real bad support for multi monitor setup, especially bad on monitors that use NVidia surround mode (eg 3 monitors recognised as 1 5460x1080)
