Please fix this as soon as possible ... this is a major problem!

It's not just RadPane but DocumentHost and Docking in general. If you are dynamically loading the HtmlPlaceholder anywhere with the Docking the contents will not show untill pane resize or appling workaround in this thread http://www.telerik.com/community/
