In the TimeDurationPicker, if the columns format is configured as ##, when the user types a value - the result will be incorrect.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/CmVDhocz/2
2. Try typing 11:11:11 in the input

Current behavior

Incorrect value in the input

Expected Behaviour

The value of the input should be 11:11:11
