Reproduction of the problem

1. Open the Dojo - https://dojo.telerik.com/tLeSgMPo
2. Create a new event
3. Drag and drop it over the existing one

Current behavior

The events overlap

Expected/desired behavior

The events should be deisplayed one below each other.

The issue is a regression starting with 2023.2.606
