Hi Yuriy,

I regret to hear about the difficulties you faced installing our products.

The error suggests that system/user group policies are applied to your workstation, preventing the installation of our product. During installation, the installer copies files to system directories and adds registry entries, among other things. These actions require administrative access and should be allowed by your administrator. 

Please ensure you have the required permissions and try the installation again.
