I am attempting to remove Telerik Reporting from the Progress Control Panel. I've checked the box "Remove" on version 17.2.23.1010 (see screen shot). I click close to go to the next screen. I then click Proceed, it seems to perform the update to remove the old version, but when I go back in the old version is still there. I've repeated this several times.
Thanks for your response. But unfortunately, that did not help.
I think there are some other issues with my computer as I'm unable to uninstall old .NET SDKs and Runtimes as well. I think I will wipe my machine and reinstall everything.
Thanks again!

Hi Deepak,
I have reviewed the installation log again and it seems that some components are not uninstalling because the installer could not detect required prerequisite condition.
To work around this please check if the folder %programfiles(x86)%\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.0\RedistList is present, and if not, please create it and then try removing Telerik Reporting again.
Thank you for providing the log from the uninstallation.
The log shows that the removal was successful and there are no errors in any of the operations that the installer performs. At this point, I would suggest downloading this tool provided by Microsoft that will help with the uninstallation. Currently, the issue could be with the Windows Installer cache or something along these lines that tool should fix.
I have the same issue. I have attached the logs herewith. Even after several attempts to install, repair and then remove, Telerik Reporting still shows up in list of Programs, etc.
There could be different reasons why the product can not be removed and it is hard to determine the actual one based on the images. A log from the installer would give us more information and you can generate one like this:
- Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\Progress\Installer\Downloads folder where you can find all installers downloaded by the Progress Control Panel
- Start a command prompt in this folder
- Execute the command msiexec /x [Name-of-installer] /L*v [Name-of-log] which will perform a logged uninstall.
Then please send us the log, so we can investigate it.

Nikola
