The software does not install (ProgressControlPanelSetupA_2023_2_0802_0)

It has proxy settings for Internet Explorer only

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for clarifying that.

We are not aware of a common Progress Control Panel login issue. Usually, problems related to login are subject to specifics of the user environment .

I have created a private support ticket where we will discuss and resolve the problem on your side.

Hi,

 

Thank you for your reply.

The issue is that I cannot use the software because when I select login, nothing happens.

 

The comment about Internet Explorer was just that. Other browsers are available.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your feedback.

In fact Progress Control Panel provides options for custom proxy settings. To set up your proxy settings you first have to uncheck the USE INTERNET EXPLORER PROXY SETTINGS in Progress Control Panel options dialog.
