FIX: RadHiddenFieldPageStateCompression increase the size of the viewstate when viewstate encryption mode is enabled.

You can't compress something that is already compressed. Any further compression applied will increase size because of adding headers and hashes and the data will stay the same.

Table Cell Background Image not preserved after save in Editor for SP2010

When a table is created through the table wizard and a background image is set to one of the cells, saving and closing the Editor in SP2010 causes the background image to be stripped.
