The RadPageLayout control's designer crashes in VS 2013 design view.

1. Create an ASP.NET 4.5.2 web site in VS 2013.
2. Open the Master page in Design view.
3. From the Toolbox, drag a RadPageLayout control onto the design surface.

The control appears in the error state, "An unhandled exception has occurred. Request is not available in this context."

The RadPageLayout smart tag links are broken.  

1.  When I click "Documentation", the link points to an invalid address.  This is due to a typo.  

      - Current Address:  "http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/page-layout/overview"

      - Needs to be revised as: "http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/pagelayout/overview"

2.  When I click Feedback Portal, I get a Windows Dialog Error Message.
