FIX tiles are displayed on every other postback when the Visible property is set on the server and drag and drop is enabled

FIX When EnableDragAndDrop is set to false with JavaScript when it was true on the server, tiles can still be dragged visually (reordering and repositioning do not occur)

FIX When EnableDragAndDrop is set to false with JavaScript when it was true on the server, tiles can still be dragged visually (reordering and repositioning do not occur)

The client-side setter for EnableDragAndDrop still lets the user drag tiles, even though the other tiles are not reordered, and releasing the tile puts it back in its original place. Dragging should not be available at all.
