RadSplitContainer: incorrect splitter position after releasing the mouse on 125% DPI
When you try to move the splitter on 125% DPI and release the mouse, the splitter is placed to another place.

Hello, Günther,

Thank you for reporting this. I was able to replicate it in our Demo application.

Currently, due to the specificity of the problem, I would recommend you to manipulate the splitter programmatically. The following help article demonstrates how to adjust the size of the panels: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/controls/splitcontainer/building-advanced-layouts

We will do our best to address the issue as soon as possible and introduce a fix accordingly.
