IMPROVE - RadDropDownList - the drop down flashes the previous list when the data source is already changed and the animation is enabled.
To reproduce:
- Change the data source and open the drop down. Perform this twice.
- When the drop down is opened for the second time the old data is shown for a second .
- Check this on the attached video (seconds 25-27).

Workaround:
Disable the animation.
