ADD. RadGridView - add header and footer functionality when exporting to PDF
Add Page format functionality (like header, footer, page number) when you export a RadGridView to pdf similar to RadPrintDocument.

In Q2 2015 (version 2015.2.623) we introduced the GridViewPdfExport which allows customization of header and footer. More information can be found on the following article: GridView >> Exporting Data >> Export to PDF >> section Exporting Data using GridViewPdfExport object.
