The current Telerik Button relies on the base button implementation for displaying the button image. This implementation does not provide image scaling and requires the image source to be the correct pixels. By contrast, the ImageButton control auto-scales the image to fit the size of the control but leaves off a lot of the features that the Button control has (text, background image/color, etc.).

I am proposing an implementation of the existing Button that simply adds auto-scaling to the buttons Image property. It would also be good to be able to set the image Height and Width requests.

Currently, Datagrid Columns do not have a Style property. This makes setting the style for multiple data grid columns cumbersome since the styles must be set on each column. If DataGridColumn could extend NavigableElement or have a bindable style property then the following XAML could be used to set the column styles on an entire table.

<Style TargetType="telerikGrid:DataGridColumn">
        <Setter Property="HeaderStyle">
            <telerikGrid:DataGridColumnHeaderStyle TextFontSize="11" TextFontAttributes="Bold" BorderThickness="1" BorderColor="LightGray"/>
        </Setter>
        <Setter Property="CellContentStyle">
            <telerikGrid:DataGridTextCellStyle FontSize="10"/>
        </Setter>
 </Style>

The DataGrid has the ability to add custom controls to the cell via Template columns; however, the contents of the cell are always visible and there is no way to distinguish between editing and display modes like you can with the type data columns. Furthermore, it may be desirable to create custom column types as the reusability would be easier than using a template or a template selector.

Currently, the DataGrid columns are public and unsealed; however, much of their internals are marked as internal. For example, overriding the CreateCellArranger method would allow custom editor types when the cell is edited. This would require exposing the CellArranger base classes as well.

Please mark more of the internals as public so that truely custom DataGridColumns can be created.

Request for RadioButton-like mutual exclusive selection using a Group type of property.

Ex:

<CheckBox Group="Gender" />
<CheckBox Group="Gender" />
<CheckBox Group="Gender" />

When one of the CheckBoxes in the Gender group are checked, any other selections are cleared.

It would be nice if we can just bind a .net DataTable or DateView as ItemsSource to the RadDataGrid.

I just want to know, whether the image is changed or not.

- The user opens the image with the Image-Editor.

- The user closes the Image-Editor. If the Image was changed, I want to save the image automatically

Currently in RadAccordion one accordion item is always expanded.  I would need the option the accordion to be fully collapsed. In addition, when the header of an expanded item is clicked, it should be collapsed.

Add controls to selecting dates/times that also support null or blank values. Currently the DatePicker control that is provided as part of Xamarin Forms doesn't allow for a null or blank date.
Provide the ability to select date and time in single UI.

Add public-facing methods to re-call DataSourceProvider GetSourceFor methods. This would allow for refreshing the datasource.

Alternatively, add support for ObservableCollection to be used for DataSources so that the pickers reflect any changes to the underlying data source.

Expose an IsEnabled property for editors that can be toggled after DataForm is rendered.

Currently, only Data Annotations can determine whether or not a property's editor is read-only. If a specific editor's read only state needs to be changed dynamically (e.g. due to a selection in another editor), you would need to completely reload the DataForm.

I want to be able to layer images over top of each other. Having a top layer that cannot move and contains a transparency. The bottom layer would contains  some kind of graphic and then crop it to the top layer.

The BorderLocation property of ListViewItemStyle seems to either not be working correctly, or is severely limited in its capabilities.  Although the Location enum is not marked with [Flags], the values 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 15 seem to imply bit flags that should be able to get OR'd together. However, when trying to use Location.Top | Location.Bottom, the result is NO border at all.

Example:

    public class BorderLocationExample : ContentPage
    {
        private readonly ListViewItemStyle BorderAll = new ListViewItemStyle
        {
            BorderColor = Color.Blue,
            BorderLocation = Location.All,
            BorderWidth = 8
        };

        private readonly ListViewItemStyle BorderTop = new ListViewItemStyle
        {
            BorderColor = Color.Blue,
            BorderLocation = Location.Top,
            BorderWidth = 8
        };

        private readonly ListViewItemStyle BorderTopAndBottom = new ListViewItemStyle
        {
            BorderColor = Color.Blue,
            BorderLocation = Location.Top | Location.Bottom, // <-- DOESN'T WORK !!!  These items have NO border at all.
            BorderWidth = 8
        };

        public BorderLocationExample()
        {
            BackgroundColor = Color.Gray;

            var items = new ObservableCollection<string>
            {
                "Item 1",
                "Item 2",
                "Item 3",
            };

            Content = new StackLayout
            {
                Orientation = StackOrientation.Vertical,
                Children =
                {
                    new RadListView
                    {
                        ItemsSource = items,
                        ItemStyle = BorderAll
                    },
                    new RadListView
                    {
                        ItemsSource = items,
                        ItemStyle = BorderTop
                    },
                    new RadListView
                    {
                        ItemsSource = items,
                        ItemStyle = BorderTopAndBottom
                    },
                }
            };

We should consider splitting the Telerik.Xamarin.iOS.dll into separate DLLs so that the customers can reference only the controls they need.
