The exception is thrown with the message "Password is not correct" even when the user password is correct. This issue occurs for specific encryption algorithm parameters only.
The AM/PM value is not shown in the cell when formatting a time value. Steps to reproduce: 1. Insert some time in a cell in spreadsheet (22:20) 2. Apply it a custom format that contains AM/PM (e.g. "h:mm AM/PM") Observed: The AM/PM format is missing Expected: AM or PM should be shown after the time (image attached) Declined: The changes could be applied if the user presses OK button instead of pressing Enter key. A new feedback item is open where the issue is described: https://feedback.telerik.com/Project/143/Feedback/Details/212042-spreadsheet-custom-number-type-values-in-format-cells-dialog-are-not-applied-wh
The problem occurs in specific situations when a list depends on a style that hasn't been added to the fragment in the clipboard yet. Workaround: Replace the fragment in the clipboard with one that is already "fixed", as in the attached MainWindow.cs.txt
When a table with PreferredWidth=Auto and fixed columns width is inserted in another table's cell with the same settings, the inserted table changes the width of the other table.
When floating images are placed in a header or footer, and are positioned outside of the text editor's area, they are not visualized. MS Word visualizes such images as slightly grayed out (similar to watermarks) in normal mode, and always visualizes them in Header/Footer edit mode. This item is merged with another one concerning the same issue. Please, follow the item at https://feedback.telerik.com/Project/143/Feedback/Details/174624 .
Add support for Widow/Orphan control property of Paragraph. In Open XML specification, this is named "widowControl (Allow First/Last Line to Display on a Separate Page)". The problem is that as this property is not supported, RadRichTextBox acts as it's 'false' and also doesn't export it, but the default value is actually 'true', which causes layout differences between RadRichTextBox and MS Word.
Data validation does not validate values if they are not set using the cell editor. Pasting or auto-fill of invalid values will not produce data validation warning.
This item is "Declined" because it is merged with another feedback item. Instead, you may follow this item: https://feedback.telerik.com/Project/143/Feedback/Details/155077-pdfviewer-text-is-displayed-as-rectangles-for-some-truetype-fonts
After further discussion within the XAML team and more research, we decided that introducing a similar property does not align with the current idea and model of RadRichTextBox. Thus, we are declining this item.
Provide mechanism for selecting an uri from which a dictionary can be downloaded when needed. In this way the client will download only the dictionaries that are in use. If more are needed, they will be downloaded on demand.
In some languages such as German and Swedish, combining correct words into one is a common morphological pattern. Compound words not included in the dictionaries should not be marked as misspelled.
workaround: Extract the ControlTemplate for the TreeListViewRow and set the Style explicitly or remove the local Style setter.
When the user enter text using the keyboard the PositionChanged event of the CaretPosition is not fired. The item's status changed to Declined - the LocationChanged event can be used to track when the location of the position has been changed.
If you set IsEnabled = false, in the RadComboBox then (in the Office 2016 theme) the entire box is faded, including the text. A suggestion in the forum was to set IsHitTestVisible to false, as well as IsTabStop. This works, but it means that the dropdown button still looks enabled. It would be nice if IsReadOnly did what I wanted, but it doesn't. Therefore, either a way to set the Visibility/Opacity of the dropdown button. Or alternatively, modify the theme(s) to make the text more visible when the box is IsEnabled is set to false, in the same way as the standard ComboBox. I'm aware that I can modify the template myself, but it'd be nicer if it was built in.
Please add a feature for justifying the bar series chart so that bar data points can be plotted with a "Left", "Right", or "Center" justification to chart ticks. An image to describe a "Right" vs "Center" bar justification is provided.
if the pie chart area's size is auto, when adjust the area's vertical size, the pie's radius will change in order to fit the label display,it is ok,but when adjust the area's horizontal size, the pie's radius don't change, looking the attachment file, the label move above the pie.
The workaround is to set String.Empty for TextSearchPath before setting the new value for the DisplayMemberPath
Short version of feature request: It would be nice to be able to enforce unique value in a column in an MVVM environment? Long version of request: To enforce a unique value in a column I ended up with a custom ValidationAttribute in the data model. Very much like the last example in the old thread https://www.telerik.com/forums/force-validation-on-new-record-insert Direct link to the example provided by Telerik: https://www.telerik.com/clientsfiles/375715_328546-TestApp-new.zip At a first glance, the solution seems to work, but if you edit a value in a cell and the new value is the same as another cell in the same column, BOTH these cells would have an error. Not just the cell you edited. I understand that not all cells can be validated whenever a single cell is edited, but it would nice if there was way to configure the RadGridView to “refresh” validations of all visible cells when a validation error is either set or removed? I do not know if a solution like this would fit the internal design of the RadGridView, but it might give you some inspiration :-) Add an attribute to the column definitions in the GridView: ValidationTransitionMode= Default | ForceValidationOfAllVisibleCellsInColumn | ForceValidationOfAllVisibleCells Default: No change from existing functionality. ForceValidationOfAllVisibleCellsInColumn: Whenever a validation result of a cell changes (from no_error to error OR from error to no_error) all the visible cells in the column will be re-validated. This would do the trick to enforce uniqness in a column with a custom ValidationAttribute. ForceValidationOfAllVisibleCells: Whenever a validation result of a cell changes (from no_error to error OR from error to no_error) all the visible cells of the complete grid will be re-validated. To be used by people with more complex validation algorithms depending on values in other columns as well. Steps to visualize the current problem. ◦Run the example (https://www.telerik.com/clientsfiles/375715_328546-TestApp-new.zip ) ◦When the application is running, reduce the window height (from the bottom) so that the scroll bar is visible and the top visible row shows “last name”=”Rockhead 0” and the bottom visible row shows “Rockhead 4”. ◦Change last name “Smith 3” to “Smith 1”. ◦Now there is a red border around the cell we edited (as expected) but nothing happens to row 2 (First name=Jane1). ◦Scroll to the bottom and back up to the top. ◦Now there is also an error on row 2 (First name = Jane1). ◦Change “Smith 1” back to “Smith 3” (on the row where First name=Jane 3). ◦The error on the cell edited is now removed, BUT the error on row 2 (Jane 1) is still visible even as all values in the Last name column is now unique. I got some very good support and a suggestion to modify the control template, but it would still be nice to be able to control the validation execution of cells, other than the current cell.
