In the PDF document model, the Annotation appearances refer to an external resource using the Resources dictionary. When the Resources dictionary is defined as an Indirect Object an InvalidCastException: 'Unable to cast object of type 'Telerik.Windows.Documents.Fixed.FormatProviders.Pdf.Model.Types.PdfDictionary' to type 'Telerik.Windows.Documents.Fixed.FormatProviders.Pdf.Model.Elements.DocumentStructure.PdfResource'.', is thrown.

We should implement the logic for getting character codes from Unicode when using CFFFontSource.
Workaround: The font may be changed by creating a similar font with FontsRepository.TryCreateFont(...) method.

Unsupported annotations are rendered on top of other content. When there is a form field that appears inside the annotation, it cannot be clicked or interacted with as the annotation is capturing the mouse gestures.

This happens only in specific scenarios as most of the documents with annotations are visualized correctly.

When modifying Interactive Forms TextBoxField's value the entered changes are preserved after is clicked out of the TextBoxField's editing area. However the changes are not applied when the click is performed on the save button.

As possible workaround you can raise a MouseLeftButtonDown event on the RadPdfViewer and after this execute the SaveAsCommand. For example:

private void SaveButton_Click(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
{
    MouseButtonEventArgs mouseEventArgs = new MouseButtonEventArgs(Mouse.PrimaryDevice, 0, MouseButton.Left)
    {
        RoutedEvent = FrameworkElement.MouseLeftButtonDownEvent
    };

    ((FrameworkElement)this.pdfViewer.FixedDocumentPresenter).RaiseEvent(mouseEventArgs);
    this.pdfViewer.CommandDescriptors.SaveAsCommandDescriptor.Command.Execute(null);
}

It seems that the glyph outlines are rendered wrong for some specific CFF font files. For instance, the issue is reproducible with "Aleo-Light" font.

The issue is reproducible only for some specific font files. The characters are displayed as rectangles. This seems to caused by incorrect glyph name and glyph id mapping.

The issue occurs when RadPdfViewer is measured in infinite space, for example:
- Added to StackPanel.
- Added to RadWindow with Auto dimensions.

Workaround: Width and Height of RadPdfViewer can be set.

Loading page with a lot of text takes several minutes which is unacceptable. This performance issue is caused by class GlypInfoFactory, which caches the glyph information.

When there is no ToUnicode CMap, the text from the Simple Font instance should be extracted by mapping the glyph name to its corresponding charcode according to Adobe Glyph List. Additionally, the Differences array should be included in these calculations when there is custom encoding. The current implementation of RadPdfViewer makes ToString to the original char id byte value which leads to wrong characters.

With the current implementation, it takes seconds to decode and display JPEG with several megapixels (for example size 4000 x 2000 pixels). The memory consumption when decoding such images also needs improvements.

Workaround: Custom DctDecode filter may be implemented and registered in RadPdfViewer. The attached demo shows how this may be achieved by using BitmapImage class to decode the JPEG images instead of the default RadPdfViewer's JpegDecoder.
