You cannot save the current row by performing the DataContext's SaveChanges method when the RadGridView is bound to IQueryable.

The code should look like this to work properly:
protected sealed override void BindingNavigator_SaveAction(object sender) {
    try
    {
        this.countriesRadGridView.EndEdit();
        BindingSource bs = this.countriesRadGridView.DataSource as BindingSource;
        bs.EndEdit();
        this.DataContext.SaveChanges();
        base.FireUpdateData();
    }
    catch (Exception Ex)
    {
        string exMessage = Ex.Message;
        MessageBox.Show(exMessage);
    }
}

1. Create a new form.
2. Add Panel
3. Change its ForeColor and Font properties
4. Drop a RadLabel inside, it will not change its Font and ForeColor properties.
Comment: this is not an issue. We changed our behavior in order to achieve consistent look regardless of the position of RadLabel. Now the theme defines the ForeColor and the Font of this control.

The following scenario should be possible:

1. Create daily occurring appointment from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
2. Edit the second occurrence to start at 12:00 PM to 01:00PM
3. Move it to the previous date.
3. Both the occurrence at 10:00 AM and the exception at 12:00PM should be visible

Changes to the Resources collection of RadScheduler are not reflected to the data source.

CLOSED: RadScheduler does not provide functionality for editing Resources and therefore this functionality should not be handled by the control but rather by the business logic of your application.

The horizontal scrollbar of the control does not behave correctly when there are several pinned columns and their width is larger than the visible area of RadGridView.

The format specifier 'tt' in the ExcelExportFormatString property should be outputed as 'AM' or 'PM'.
For the formatting to work correctly the users have to set the property to Excel format codes not .NET format strings.
Here is the list of excel's format codes: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/number-format-codes-HP005198679.aspx

1. Add RadPanel on to design time surface
2. Set its AutoScroll property to true
3. Add button which is partially visible
4. Try to scroll using the scrollbar

Resolution:
You need to use RadScrollablePanel instead RadPanel. You can refer to link http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/154/Feedback/Details/109764-add-scrolling-behavior-for-radscrollablepanel-at-design-time

To reproduce:
- set AutoSizeItems to true.
- subscribe to VisualListItemFormatting
- cast args.VisualItem.Data.Value to the proper object.

Workaround:
- cast only if the value is of the proper type

Add the NavigateBackwardsButton and NavigateForwardsButton's text to the localization provider.

DECLINE REASON:
The text in these buttons was visible due to an issue in the Aqua theme. The text of these buttons is not visible in any theme by design therefore this item will be declined as its implementation will be redundant.

To reproduce:

Add a RadGridView and bind it to a DataTable.

Subscribe to the TableElement's vertical scroll's ValueChanged event and add new data when the value reaches the maximum:

private void RequestData(int startFrom, int count) { for (int i = 0; i < count; i++) { DataRow row = dt.NewRow(); row["ID"] = startFrom + i; dt.Rows.Add(row); } } private void VScrollBar_ValueChanged(object sender, EventArgs e) { if (dgwData.TableElement.VScrollBar.Value + dgwData.TableElement.VScrollBar.LargeChange >= dgwData.TableElement.VScrollBar.Maximum) { int maxVScrollBarBefore = dgwData.TableElement.VScrollBar.Maximum; dgwData.SelectionChanged -= dgwData_SelectionChanged; dgwData.TableElement.VScrollBar.ValueChanged -= VScrollBar_ValueChanged; RequestData(dt.Rows.Count, rowsToCharge); dgwData.SelectionChanged += dgwData_SelectionChanged; dgwData.TableElement.VScrollBar.ValueChanged += VScrollBar_ValueChanged; } }

You will notice that when you use the mousewheel the scrollbar is being updated, but when you use the arrows it is not.

Workaround: Invoke the UpdateScrollRange method of the TableElement's RowScroller after adding the new data: dgwData.TableElement.RowScroller.UpdateScrollRange();

Steps to reproduce:
1) Add RadGridView control
2) Add GridViewTextBoxColumn
2) Enable filtering:

            this.radGridView1.EnableFiltering = true;

3) Programmatically set filter descriptor:

            FilterDescriptor filter = new FilterDescriptor();
            filter.PropertyName = "TextBoxColumn";
            filter.Operator = FilterOperator.IsEqualTo;
            filter.IsFilterEditor = true;

            this.radGridView1.FilterDescriptors.Add(filter);

Expected result: the default FilterDescriptor is changed from Contains to IsEqual
Actual result: can not set the default FilterDescriptor from Contains to IsEqual operator to a TextBoxColumn

Workaround:

        private void OnFilterExpressionChanged(object sender, FilterExpressionChangedEventArgs e)
        {
            GridViewTemplate owner = sender as GridViewTemplate;
            List<string> filterExpressions = new List<string>();

            for (int i = 0; i < owner.FilterDescriptors.Count; i++)
            {
                FilterDescriptor descriptor = owner.FilterDescriptors[i];
                string expression = null;

                CompositeFilterDescriptor compositeFilterDescriptor = descriptor as CompositeFilterDescriptor;

                if (compositeFilterDescriptor != null)
                {
                    foreach (FilterDescriptor filterDescriptor in compositeFilterDescriptor.FilterDescriptors)
                    {
                        if (string.IsNullOrEmpty(filterDescriptor.PropertyName) ||
                            owner.Columns[filterDescriptor.PropertyName] == null)
                        {
                            continue;
                        }
                    }

                    expression = CompositeFilterDescriptor.GetCompositeExpression(compositeFilterDescriptor);
                }
                else
                {
                    if (string.IsNullOrEmpty(descriptor.PropertyName) ||

                    }

                    if (descriptor.Value == null && (descriptor.Operator == FilterOperator.IsNotEqualTo || descriptor.Operator == FilterOperator.IsEqualTo))
                    {
                        expression = string.Empty;

                        expression = descriptor.Expression;
                    }
                }

                if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(expression))
                {
                    filterExpressions.Add(expression);
