FIX. RadDropDownList - the ReadOnly mode does not work in a particular cases.
To reproduce:
- Set the ReadOnly and SelectNextOnDoubleClick properties to true.
- Case 1 set the EnableMouseWheel to true and DropDownStyle to DropDown
- Case 2 set  the KeyboardSearchEnabled to true and DropDownStyle to DropDownList
