FIX. RadDropDownList fires TextChananged event on minimize and maximize of the form

To reproduce:
1. Add RadDropDownList to a group in RadRibbonBar
2. Set the DropDownStyle to DropDownList
3. Add some items to the control
4. Subscribe to the TextChanged event of the control
5. Run the application
6. Minimize and maximize the form - the event is fired twice
