Map: Shape files (.shp) are not displayed correctly in .NET CORE 3.1 and .NET 5
Shape files are not displayed correctly by the RadMap readers in .NET CORE 3.1 and .NET 5.

Upon further investigation, it turns out that this functionality is working as intended in .NET CORE 3.1 and .NET 5.

A sample project is attached that shows how the RadMap can be setup to display a .shp file in .NET 5.
