Rename the test list log and video recordings

The video recordings are generated with the test list name and timestamp and the log is generated like so - TelerikTesting_Log_timestamp. I would like to have the option to change and customize those filenames.

To clarify, I'm not referring to the names of the video recordings themselves, but the console logs that are generated as a part of the test. These currently do not contain the actual name of the test, and if that were made available, then these could be easily referenced as artifacts (along with their corresponding videos) for investigating failures.
