Specific customer results could not generate html

Please find attached the aiiresult files reported to not generate an html export (using either the ArtOfTestRunner.exe or the Test Studio UI.

I think 'Reviewed by QA' means fixed. What build is this fixed for? The issue is still present in the latest public release (2017.2.530.0) for us. The html results file fails to generate, the file is only 1 KB and contains only:

I am also unable to export our test results in HTML.  I am anxious for this to be fixed.
