Telerik: the problem is that different browsers display modal popups in a different way - with specific title and navigation url, that is why handling modal popups steps should either be made so they conform all browsers (if this is possible like this case) by setting PopupUrl and ModalPopupPartialCaption to only contain text applicable for all browsers, or delete some of the above criteria entirely for the connect/close popup steps. Other option is to have connect to popup steps for each individual browser (use step property RunAgainst to specify which browser to run only these steps).
