Chrome Download dialog handling fails in latest Chrome 53.0.2785.116

Telerik: this is fixed - Download dialog steps fail with latest Chrome update version 53.0.2785.116 - the download is complete, but download dialog step reports timeout
Telerik: problem in Chrome v55 is also fixed, build is planned for early Jan 2017

Telerik: Chrome browser changed the download dialogs api in their v55. We implemented a fix for the new behavior and Test Studio will ensure only latest Chrome versions 55+ will be able to handle the download dialogs. Build with the fix is planned to be available early Jan 2017.

This is also a problem in latest Chrome 55.

Stoil: Issue seems to be is present on 2016.3.1117 + Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit). What am I missing?

Telerik: this issue is with latest Chrome changes and now it is fixed and solution will be available in our next product release, planned to be out by the end of Sep 2016.
