Execute Codedstep individually
Telerik should offer capability to execute individual coded steps via commandline. There may be many coded steps in a .tstest file. Sometime we want to execute only some specific coded steps.
So if Artoftest.runner can provide that, it will allow much more flexibility for automation.

Hi Daniel,

I agree we can execute from UI. Creating separate test for each coded steps is not feasible in our test environment.
The problem is suppose i have 10 scripts in a test and sometimes i have to pick and choose specific tests for execution. I mean similar to Nunit where we can pass multiple categories to the runner dynamically.
I am looking at similar feature.

Telerik: this idea is not in tact with the automation tools concept, however there are some options to achieve similar effect, i.e. if you have a Recorder attached, you can use RunSeleted step option to run individual steps; if you create a separate test for the specific coded steps you want to execute individually, you can use them in test as step from another test and execute them on their own with artoftest.runner
