DataBinded FileUpload step within IF statement doesn't work properly
When Handle FileUpload dialog step is within an IF logical step the typed FilePath is the name of the column instead of its value.

If you drag the step outside of IF step it works correctly.

Steps to reproduce and access to the application are in the internal description.

Telerik: the issue is now fixed and solution will be available in our next product release planned to be out by the end of July 2016
