Steps to reproduce:

On Windows 10 using IE as recording browser

1. Navigate to: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_select
2. Try recording against the select.

Expected behavior: To be able to toggle the select a value from the dropdown

Actual behavior: The dropdown is not toggled so other options than the default one cannot be selected
