Steps to reproduce:

1. Record a test under Chrome browser and add verification: verify checked state is 'false' via quick steps.
2. Open the editor and right click on the recorded step.
3. Select 'edit' in the context menu
4. Switch checkbox state value from 'False' to 'True' in the dropdown of sentence builder.
5. Click 'OK' button.
