Test Studio recording wrong element in IE 9 on customer specific application

In a customer specific application is a popup context menu which is opened via a right click. When recording Test Studio records clicks on wrong items in the menu. The problem is specific to IE 9. It does not repro in IE 10 or Google Chrome. Customer requires IE 9 as their application is only supported on IE 9.

Repro steps will be given on the internal bug report.

Telerik: this seems to be a problem of the IE9 browser itself for the specific web site: the problem is that one of the table rows is not rendered in IE9 for some reason and this is breaking our element indexing. Attached screenshots from IE 11 where everything is rendered as expected and IE 9 where the second table row is missing. Unfortunately it is out of our control in this case.
